All purchases must be made through CoochyCoo.net. All prices on CoochyCoo.net are in United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED). CoochyCoo.net reserves the right to change prices without notice at our discretion. We offer the following payment options:

CREDIT CARD

At Coochy Coo.com we strive to offer you a safe and hassle-free shopping experience. You are welcome to pay securely online by Mastercard or Visa Card, Amex or Discovery Card and you will be redirected to 2Checkout.com Inc during the purchasing process. 2Checkout.com is the exclusive authorised retailer of goods and services provided by Coochy Coo. Please note that your credit card will be charged in US$.

CASH-ON-DELIVERY

If you prefer not to pay by credit card, we also offer cash-on-delivery throughout the UAE. Please specify this option during the check-out process. We will arrange a suitable timing with you. Exact change is appreciated.

CHEQUE ON-DELIVERY

If you are not comfortable with using your credit card and you do not have cash at hand, we can also accept cheque payments on delivery. If you select this option, we will arrange a suitable timing with you.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU: 3 AED of the proceeds of each sold bag will be donated to our god children in the SOS Childrens village.

HOW WE DELIVER

Coochy Coo delivers throughout the whole of the United Arab Emirates. Freight charges vary according to the destination and the size/weight of the parcel. International shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery address you provide.

In most cases a delivery anywhere in Dubai will be charged at a flat rate of 28 Dhs. Coochy Coo does not believe in profiting from delivery charges so you will be charged only the standard courier rate. Pls. see table below.

We deliver Saturday to Thursday during normal business hours and also offer an express same –day service in Dubai only for a teeny tiny surcharge. Express same-day orders must be placed before 11 am. For all personalised items expect a delivery time of 9 working days. For urgent orders, please give us a call under +971 55 65 77 982 or email us at shop@coochycoo.net and we will do our best to meet your wishes. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail.

Non personalised items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.

We do our best to have everything offered on CoochyCoo.net in stock. If we should run out of a great item we will get back to you asap and let you know when the item is available again, offer a full refund including delivery charges or provide you with an alternative. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For deliveries abroad, the following shipping charges apply and will automatically be added to your purchase based on the given delivery address. These rates apply to all packages up to 2kg in weight. For international orders we use the EMS services from Emirates Post and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us for a shipping quote for large orders. Please allow at least 2 weeks for deliveries to most countries for normal delivery. If you would like your items a bit faster, EMS also provides an Express service, simply click this option during the check out process.
